Our Bavarian Blast...

Sunday the 18th of September was a hot day at the Lamorinda Petanque Courts. Not only the weather but also our Bavarian Blast! We had 35 visitors of whom 26 played in four Doublette games. We planned to have 5 games, but because everyone was enjoying their lunch so much that we were only able to start again at 3 o'clock and only got four games in.

Many thanks to all the people who pitched in to make this such a success: the preparation, lunch service and the cleanup afterwards.

Everyone had a good time and after the ' formalities' the usual suspects stayed on and played until it was too dark to see.
